Shipping & Delivery
Thilina Sri Lanka will deliver the goods to the address you have submitted as the shipping address by the time you have placed the order. We will do our best to make your gift a sup-rice to the recipient if you wish. However we may sometimes need to contact the recipient in order to make delivery arrangements. Please make sure that you place your order at least two days prior to the delivery date. If you are not certain about your delivery area or date please contact our sales team on sales@thilinasrilanka.com for assistance and advice. Please check your billing and shipping address before you place the order because incorrect addresses will make the delivery time longer and inconvenient. We are looking forward to deliver the goods to your desired destination within three working days if you haven't specified a delivery date when ordering(please make sure your delivery date is at least 24 hours ahead from your order time). We will look forward to deliver your items before 4PM (Sri Lanka Time) to the address provided on your specified delivery date. If you need it to be delivered within a certain time frame please contact customer service via the contact us form

We have taken steps to safeguard the confidentiality of information which identifies you against unauthorized access, amendment or deletion and to ensure access is only granted to appropriate persons and only to the extent necessary. This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of the personal information collected on our Website. Personal information is collected when you register on the Website (see below), when you use certain pages and when you send us an email. We may also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address and the page you requested. We only retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this policy. When you log into the Website using User Registration, our server will issue a cookie to your computer. Cookies are required for logging into the Website. By logging out of the Website, the cookie will be removed from your browser. The purpose of the cookie is to identify you as an authorized user which will allow you to access certain areas of the Website (e.g. Crystal, Presentation Toolkit etc.) and enable you to use enhanced functionality such as registering for e-Alerts. These cookies contain a unique ID so that we can identify you and provide you with a customized user interface. The cookies do not contain any personal information. Furthermore your personal details will remain private and confidential. We will never sell, rent, barter or share your personal details in any way with any other company. All data collected is for our internal use only and we do not hold or keep any financial information from our customers. When you place an order on our website, your credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption by PayPal and your credit card details are only decrypted after they reach PayPal's systems, where they are then automatically processed and your card charged. They are not held in clear text on any web site so it is not possible for your details to be stolen during a transaction. Also we never receive your complete credit card details or keep such information anywhere in our systems unless you decide to pay us over the phone. In this instance, your credit card details will be shredded immediately after use.
Returns & Replacements
Thilinasrilanka.com will make every effort to deliver goods on requested times and dates and Thilinasrilanka cannot guarantee the delivery at times if there are any special restrictions, military situations, natural disasters, transportation difficulties such as restricted bus & train services etc took place in the delivery area or if their are any government restrictions such as curfews etc. We will make refunds for any expired item such as food items or items delivered in an unusable/broken or damaged condition. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management.
Cancellation Policy
We know in some circumstances our customers needs to cancel their orders. If you are looking forward to cancel your order please contact us via the phone numbers below at least 48 hours before the delivery time you have specified followed by a email notification via the contact us form in this site. If you haven't specified a delivery date during your ordering process we will be looking forward to deliver your goods within one to three business days and we would recommend you to contact us as soon as possible if this is the case. However we cant cancel your orders including the virtual products we sell such as Mobile Top_ups etc if the items were already delivered or ordered from our suppliers or in the preparation process for delivery (example: Customized Cakes, Fresh Flowers etc). Therefore we kindly request our customers to review the products, compare the products using our comparison tool in the web site carefully and decide what to buy.

Orders can be placed directly via this website using a credit/debit card, alternatively customers can email the support/sales department at support@thilinasrilanka.com for advice before buying.You may pay using credit/debit card. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment is required before dispatch; accepted forms of payment are credit/debit cards, or PayPal. Occasionally prices may be incorrect, any orders placed with an incorrect price will be supplied at Thilinasrilanka’s discretion, and Thilinasrilanka retain the right to refuse to supply any order where a price is incorrect.
Viewing Orders
Log into the web sire and go to you dashboard. Using your order number you could check the delivery status of your gift arrangement. The order number will be e-mailed to you after the order is placed. You may contact our office locations 24/7 to inquire about your orders
Updating Account Information
Account details can easily be updated by accessing your account and editing the details. Alternatively you can contact the customer service team who will be able to edit the details for you. Forgotten passwords can be retrieved on this page Forgotten Password, enter your account email address and your password will be emailed to you at the address given. If you have forgotten your email address then please contact the customer service team who would be glad to help
